Shun Watanabe

Mr. Watanabe is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Watanabe worked as a principal at The Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo office on growth strategy, new business development, HR/Organizational transformation and Operation reform in the retail industry. Prior to joining BCG, he worked as an HR associate manager at Recruit Holdings.

Mr. Watanabe earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from Kyoto University.
