Hisashi Kubodera

Mr. Kubodera joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2019. He is a Vice President in the Tokyo office and is a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Mr. Kubodera worked at Nomura in Tokyo office and was engaged in M&A advisory and equity/debt offerings for financial services, energy and real estate industry.
