Experience
Mr. Shimazu joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2012. He is a Principal and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Mr. Shimazu worked at Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo office and Beijing office mainly on growth strategy, new business development, operational improvement and M&A engagements in the technology, media, and telecom industry.
Education
Mr. Shimazu received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. He received a BS in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
