Bain Capital Private Equity, LP (including its group, "Bain Capital") announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Sundrug to transfer 33.4% of its indirect interest in Kirindo Holdings Co., and the Company has entered into a definitive agreement.

Bain Capital acquired a stake in Kirindo HD in 2020 and has been working on measures to create better stores and provide better services, including organizational reforms to increase productivity and operational improvements under a radical structural reform.

Going forward, with the participation of Sundlag as a new partner, both Kirindo HD and Sundrug will collaborate on various business initiatives to achieve further growth and a future re-listing.
