Bain Capital Completes Sale of STREET HOLDINGS to Nojima Corporation

Bain Capital (Japan), LLC (including its group, hereinafter “Bain Capital”) announced today that it has completed the transfer of shares of BCJ-59 Co., Ltd., which owns all shares of Street Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter “Street HD”), to Nojima Corporation (hereinafter “Nojima”) .

Bain Capital acquired the shares of Tri-Stage in 2022 [1], and after implementing a number of measures to strengthen its sales strategy, improve operations and implement structural reforms, Bain Capital entered on February 28, 2025 into a final agreement with Nojima for the transfer of the shares of BCJ-59 Co., Ltd.

Street HD owns Tri-Stage Inc., which operates DM businesses including TV shopping; adflex communications, inc., which operates DX businesses including digital marketing and digital transformation support; and Nippon Department Store Inc. which operates D2C businesses including the Nippon Department Store brand retail stores.
